Northern Beaches Art Prize Finalist

Art

I was a finalist in the Northern Beaches Art Prize, significant at the time because it was where I was living and because I was about to leave there for Tasmania.

Text around yacht is take from “Sailing to Byzantium”, by William Butler Yeats.

“Consume my heart away; sick with desire/And fastened to a dying animal/It knows not what it is; and gather me, Into the artifice of eternity.”
